Write a News Article
This lesson provides clear, step-by-step instructions for teaching and learning how to write a newspaper article, a color-coded model news article, two color-coded model graphic organizers, two blank graphic organizers, and a model student-created newspaper. In addition, there is a link to a Google Docs template for creating a class newspaper. This lesson corresponds with Unit 3B, Lesson 14 in Grade Four ReadyGEN and provides streamlined instructions, more student support, and no prep time. It can also be used independently of ReadyGEN.
